DOE Notice of Issues for Public Comment

The Department is issuing a Notice of Issues for Public Comment (NIPC) announcing the availability of the comments received in response to the Request for Information and market analyses prepared for the Department. The notice also includes a list of factors DOE has identified for analysis of the impacts of DOE transfers on the uranium mining, conversion, and enrichment industries, and a summary of information under consideration. The NIPC establishes a deadline of April 6, 2015, for the submission of written comments.
